So, as soon as you choose to reserve, you'll be kept up to date with the progress of the build and depending on the development, you may be given a choice of finishes to select. Our partner marketing agent will guide you through the entire process until you've settled into your new home.

When moving into a new home, you’ll receive a welcome pack containing all the information you may need to set up home. If something is missing, just get in touch and we’ll help you as best we can.

We also comply with the Consumer Code for Home Builders for all aspects of marketing, selling and aftercare. This ensures all home buyers are treated fairly, advised what service levels they can expect and are given reliable information to make decisions upon.
